What are the benefits?

Traditionally, remote IT support would be carried out over the telephone with a user at one end, and a technician at the other.  The technician would try and run through various diagnostics with the user which would be time consuming.  With remote access the engineer can remotely access the users computer and "screen share" to take control of the users mouse and quickly fix the computer.
Many more benefits come with remote support:

  • Quicker resolution of problems
  • Liaise directly with the end user
  • Green - Less travel required for our engineers

What makes Kwiklink special?

We do not employ a large team of call centre staff that are trained to read IT support scripts.

Instead, we are proud to have built up a close team of highly skilled and experienced engineers who specialise in specific platforms and technologies, allowing them to diagnose issues quickly and efficiently.

Our engineers, although techies at heart, ensure they talk to clients in English not jargon.  We always want to make sure you know what is going on with your computer so you don't feel like you're battling with the unknown.
